Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Edmonton, Alberta, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
